Recharge your batteries and try out an activity - for example walking, horse riding, cycling or canoeing. Amateur golfers will be pleased to find accredited golf courses in the Dordogne Valley. Although the Dordogne is inland, where it lacks in sea it makes up for in freshwater swimming. Discover its river bank beaches, swimming pools and water parks.
Feudal fortress started in 1440 by the d’Estaing family. Art exhibitions are held in the castle from mid-March to mid-October. A 15C Gothic chapel in the main courtyard is dedicated to St Blaise. Musical concerts take place in the castle courtyard in July and August on Wednesdays at 9pm.

- from 15 june to 15 september, all days, 10am-12.30 pm and 2-6-30 pm, with guided tours on afternoon,
